FIRST RATIFICATION OF THE GLOBAL CONVENTION

Dear colleagues, The Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualification regarding Higher Education, adopted in November 2019, received its first ratification from Norway on 8 June 2020.  As the first United Nations treaty on higher education with a global scope, the Global Convention needs 20 ratifications to enter into force and become operational. You can have a look at the Global Convention in the 6 languages.
