INFO RADAR is a newsletter published by the Division for Communications and Public Engagement (CPE), highlighting new major developments, events, publications and press articles regarding the Organization.  This newsletter is intended for UNESCO staff and shared with Member States, and we are pleased to share it with our partner NGOs and foundations. French version of the newsletter here.   Selection of the highlights of the past weeks   29-30 June Gathered for an extraordinary session of the General Conference, UNESCO's 193 Member States approved by a very large majority the proposal submitted by the United States to rejoin the Organization. This underscores UNESCO’s central role and will contribute to the strengthening of the implementation of its mandate. Ce retour souligne la centralité de l’UNESCO et contribuera au renforcement de la mise en œuvre de son mandat.
